• Local Audio Files: All voice recordings created or edited with Recorder Pro remain stored locally on your device unless you manually choose to share or export them.
• No External Uploads: No audio recordings or user data are ever uploaded to cloud servers or remote databases by the app.

3. Permissions Used & Purpose

Recorder Pro requests specific device permissions solely to provide core voice recording and audio editing functionalities:

• Record Audio (Microphone): Required to capture voice recordings and perform high-quality audio processing.
• Storage / Read & Write Media: Required to save your recordings locally to your device storage and open existing audio files for editing or playback.
• Foreground Service (Microphone & Media Playback): Ensures background recording and audio playback continue seamlessly without interruption when the app is minimized.
• Notifications: Displays ongoing recording and playback controls directly in your status bar notification area.
• Biometric Access: Optional permission used locally to lock and protect private recordings using your device's fingerprint or face unlock.
• Bluetooth: Allows recording audio from connected Bluetooth microphones or headsets.

All permissions are used strictly for local device functionality and never to collect or harvest personal data.

4. Advertising (AdMob)

Recorder Pro may integrate Google AdMob to serve non-intrusive advertisements. Google AdMob may use pseudonymous identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) subject to Google's Privacy Policy to serve contextually appropriate ads. No audio recordings or personal files are ever accessible to AdMob or advertisers.
